Experiencing the Skies above Santa Fe, NM

I’ve been living in Santa Fe for the past 20 years and I have been honored by witnessing the incredible “landscape and sky events” that pass through this beautiful, high desert land. I’m happy to share some of my favorite moments with you.

White to Golden Clouds

I made this timelapse during a late afternoon sunset looking towards the Sangre de Cristo Mountains (the very southern tip of the Rocky Mountains). I originally planned to insert a few closeups of the same scene but decided that experiencing the entire scene for the full length of this sunset was much more powerful.

Eyes Looking Upward

I discovered the magical movements of these clouds after a passing storm, and a windy day looking South from Santa Fe.
